One of our most revered principles in the United States is that anyone can grow up to be President. We believe that people are chosen for positions of success, power, and influence on the basis of their demonstrated abilities and merit. But is there a truly level playing field?

In this interactive workshop, we will examine the assumption of fairness in light of historic and recent events related to race. We will explore how positions of power, privilege, and dominance are assigned and we will re-examine how that cherished value came about.

The workshop will be offered on ZOOM. Registrants will receive the ZOOM link several days before the workshop.
